Center for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management, J.N.V. U. Jodhpur organized the event in association with DMS.  Participants from various institutes and diverse backgrounds like MBA, CA, CS, attended the awareness programme. The event embraced a series of three sessions taken by the renowned experts from industry and academia. Shri T.R. Bhandari, Chairman, Marudhara Motors; in the opening session got the participants acquainted with the ‘Prospects and Challenges of Entrepreneurship & Small Business’ with special reference to Rajasthan. In the second session, Shri Anil Choudhary, Regional Manager, Rajasthan Financial Corporation; made the participants aware regarding various financial schemes that are available which promote entrepreneurship and small business. In the concluding session, Dr. Neelam Kalla, Assistant Professor, DMS, J.N.V.U. Jodhpur; delivered a motivational talk to boost the young brigade and also helped the participants discover their emotional intelligence states to eventually become emotional intelligent.  In concluding remarks she shared successful mantras on the soft skills that entrepreneurs need to build in to survive the test of time.
